Useful, Realistic And Reliable Training
As the Master Trainer, Andy Jimenez believes that training is a waste of time if it is not meaningful to the team engaged at the time.

He is also mindful to the uniqueness of each team and when necessary, will alter the scenario to insure the needs are met for that K9 Team. In regard to training technique or style, it could be said that Andy Jimenez is both from the old school and the new school.
Andy believes it is important to view each team as an individual. With that in mind, it is easy to see why what may work for one team may not work for another. Because of this, a trainer must learn and maintain what is old and what is new so as to use what is best for the individual team. When all is said in done, Andy Jimenez expects the most from each and every K9 Team. Simply put, the handler must have control of their dog at all times…no matter the situation. The dog must effectively search, protect and obey at all times. The team must pass yearly certification and meet or exceed the Department Policy and Procedures.
