A Senior Master Advanced Police Officer (retired) for the Anaheim Police Department, James McLintock was a lead mountain bike training officer assigned to protect life, limb and property of the Disneyland Resort, the California Angels, the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, as well as major concerts and events at the Anaheim Pond and the Anaheim Convention Center. He attended the Orange County (CA) Sheriff’s Academy and graduated with honors in the top 1% of his class, receiving awards for Organizational Leadership skills.


Promoted to Field Training Officer and assigned to the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Training Academy as a Tactical Training Officer, James instructed police recruits in field operations and advanced officer safety, training new hire and lateral transferring police officers in street crime tactics and law enforcement response strategies. James was the recipient of numerous departmental commendations for lifesaving, safe emergency vehicle pursuit driving, stolen vehicle recovery, and for exemplifying specialized officer safety tactics when encountering dangerous and volatile street crime situations.


As a Senior Master Advanced Officer, James’ assignments included K9 Decoy, Police Air Support Observer, Equestrian Team, Primary Emergency Response Officer, Mountain Bike Instructor and Emergency 9-1-1 Communications Dispatcher. James was promoted to the Community Policing Team, a highly specialized uniformed and undercover gang—narcotics—vice investigative unit where he partnered with community business leaders, homeowners, parole agents and probation officers to dramatically reduce street crime in dangerous gang areas of the city.


A court-recognized expert in the sales and use of narcotics, James’ special assignments included Emergency Medical Technician, Disneyland Resort District Mountain Bike Team and Senior Master Advanced Officer assigned to the United States Secret Service Dignitary Protection Unit for the protection of the President of the United States of America.


A highly successful business owner and brand marketing specialist in the professional law enforcement industry, James serves as Vice President of Falco K9 Academy’s Police K9 Division and partners with its executive marketing management team in the development and implementation of successful marketing strategies.


James is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Azusa Pacific University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University and an Associate of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Mira Costa College.


With specialized skills in dignitary protection, crime prevention, disaster preparedness, threat assessment and emergency response strategy, James is the Lead Volunteer Supervisor for Mariners Church in Southern California where he directs pastoral, congregation and volunteer safety and medical response for the 3rd largest church in California.


An avid cattle drive and horse drive wrangler, James is committed to Australian Cattledog rescue and training.
