David Latimer is an extremely experienced handler with a ton of real life experience. David is currently the Chief of Police for Harpersville Police Department in Alabama. Among other strenghts, his experience as a head administrator brings an aspect to Falco K9 Academy that strengthens our relationship with our Police Department contracts.
