Falco K9 Academy is the premier training facility in the dog world. Although Falco trainers are experts in training dogs, what sets us apart, is our ability's in Human Training for the Dog.

This is what makes us Kings in the K9 world.

We are the only known dog training facility that covers all aspects of dog services (Police, Pet, Detection Search and Rescue, Service and Sports). Our trainers come from all over the world and our impact is felt worldwide.

Falco K9 Academy originally came about as a humane solution to the harsh methods used in Police K9 Training at the time. Andre Falco, as a handler and K9 trainer for the Anaheim Police Department, is a pioneer in the development of humane training methods for police dogs. These methods lead to the techniques used today in all of the services provided by Falco K9 Academy. Falco is also proud to be a facility that never turns down a client regardless of how aggressive and "out of control" they may perceive the dog to be.

Why Falco K9 Academy?

1. Over 85 years of company experience.

Our trainers are experts in all fields of police dog training, including:
- Police K9
- Detection dogs

2. Federally licensed since 2001

We are one of the few training facilities in the nation who are federally licensed by both the DEA and ATF in the nation for working with both law enforcement and civilian detection dogs.
Qualifying for these licenses are extremely difficult and coveted.

3. Insured by Hartford Insurance Company since 1995

We are also one of the few training facilities who maintain a multi-million dollar insurance policy.
Very few…if any…training facilities are insured.

4. Contracted to train governmental K9 units in the US and abroad…and major corporations such as Disneyland and the Mall of America.

We have been entrusted by Governmental agencies such as Police and Sheriff's departments, Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) and state, federal and private penitentiaries for the training of their handlers and dogs…nationally and internationally.
We have also trained dog teams at Disneyland, Mall of America and major medical centers across the United States.

5. Certified by the State of California for Police K9 Evaluations

All Law Enforcement K9 teams in California must be evaluated by a State certified evaluator. Andy Falco is an original evaluator of the state and one of the few who remain.
There are only a handful of evaluators in the State of California.
Police K9 teams will not work on the streets without his approval.

6. We use all forms of dog training.

We structure the training regimen that is proper for the human/s and the dog. None will be used unless it is appropriate for your dog and approved and accepted by the owner.
